Job Title: Associate Vice President - Pre-Sales
Technical Cloud Ops Roles and Responsibilities
Person should have hands on experience that can identify smart way of identifying the opportunity for the cloud platform IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
• As the Cloud Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in crafting a winning technical solution that tightly aligns with our customers’ desired outcomes, industry best practices, umbrella portfolio offerings and emerging innovative technologies.
• Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions for public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP based on industry standards using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities.
• Preparing technical & commercial presentation, SOW’s, proposals based on request for information (RFI) & request for proposal (RFP)
• Understand client business goals and outcomes and aligns the company solutions to client’s end to end architectural framework.
• Analyse architecture pain points to determine the best and cost-effective technical solutions and gain experience with tools, technologies, and platforms across many technology stacks.
• Experience with multi-tier systems and service design and development for large enterprises.
• Experience with Cloud Transformation/Optimization or Cloud Migration (Lift-Shift or Lift-Tinker-Shift, App Modernize (Monolith to Microservices) projects with Enterprise customers in a multi-region, multi-availability zone heterogeneous cloud environment.
• Experience building and supporting mission-critical technology components with DR, Backup capabilities.
• Expert knowledge in Micro Services, Containerization, Kubernetes Services, Serverless Architecture, Migration & DevOps.
• Knowledge and exposure on DevOps concepts and ability to design release pipelines for infrastructure and application leveraging AWS native services and open source/SaaS tools and services.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, DSC, Puppet, Chef, Salt, etc.
• Supporting entire Sales team to achieve their numbers & services.
Job Prerequisites
• 8-10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales and solutions, ideally a track record of working on AWS cloud Management services.
• 8-10+ years of infrastructure architecture managed services.
• 8-10+ years of experience working in a Presales.
• Focus on adding hands-on technical expertise, ensuring outcomes meet the highest technical standards
• Ability to think creatively and analytically.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate.
• Excellent presentation and articulation skills.
• Result oriented with ability to drive consistent business performance, be proactive in understanding the needs of our customers/clients.
• Willing to travel to customer locations for meetings, whiteboard, and workshops
• A strong stage presence and ability to manage client interactions, requirement-gathering discussions, etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction providing technical and non-technical support to multiple users.
• Learn new things, and grow rapidly from constant exposure to innovative ideas, concepts, and patterns by continuously researching and evaluating new technologies to keep abreast of current solutions.
• Public Cloud certification will be added advantage. At least one public cloud platform certification is mandatory
